Shipping & returns

PLINIC Signature ships free within the US. Contact us before ordering if you need your order by a particular date.

Changed your mind? Request a return within 30 days after delivery. The device must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with all included accessories and instructions. There is no restocking fee.

You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. BARO covers return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate return instructions.

For eligible returns, we refund the amount paid for the returned items, including applicable tax, to your original payment method. Any discount is reflected in the refund. We do not deduct a shipping charge from your refund for the original free shipment. When we require the item back, we issue the refund after receiving and inspecting it. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Contact BARO if your device is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, or if you have a warranty question. Include your order number and a description of the issue; photos of the problem and device label can help. We will coordinate with PLINIC when needed. The unopened-item requirement for change-of-mind returns does not apply to these problems.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We can help before dispatch when possible. For change-of-mind requests after dispatch, our return policy applies. If shipment is delayed, we will explain your options to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund your payment.
