How to use

Press once. The light turns white: ready, with plasma still off.
2 · Care Mode
Press again so the light turns blue, then press and hold to start. Stops by itself after 300 seconds (5 min).
3 · Focus Mode
From standby, press twice so the light turns violet, then press and hold. Stops by itself after 100 seconds.
4 · Power off
Press and hold again while plasma is running.
Wipe the head with a soft dry cloth. Use up to twice a day.

Can I return my device?
Changed your mind? Request a return within 30 days after delivery. The device must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with all included accessories and instructions. There is no restocking fee. Shipping & returns
What skincare works in the roller?
Serum, ampoule or essence. Fill below the internal screw line (about 25 ml). Thick creams or lotions may not dispense well. Skincare isn't included with the device.
Can I use it with my other beauty devices?
Plinic hasn't published guidance on combining Signature with other devices in the same session. Use Signature on its own, following its manual, and contact us with questions about your routine.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us if your device is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, or if you have a warranty question. Include your order number and a description of the issue; photos of the problem and device label can help. We will coordinate with PLINIC when needed. The unopened-item requirement for change-of-mind returns does not apply to these problems.
Is skincare included with the device?
No. The Signature kit includes the device, rolling container, charging cable and instruction manual. Serum and other skincare are not included.
How do I order in the US?

How do the controls work?
Press once for standby (white light). Press again for Care Mode (blue), or twice for Focus Mode (violet), then press and hold to start. Press and hold again while it's running to turn it off. Check your device's manual before use.
What do the blue and violet lights mean?
In Plinic's Signature guide, blue indicates Care Mode and violet indicates Focus Mode. Use the timing and precautions specified in the instructions for your exact device.
What is the rolling container for?
The rolling container holds and applies skincare. Plinic's guide includes separate assembly instructions. Follow those instructions and the model's product-compatibility guidance before filling or attaching it.
How do I charge it?
Use the supplied charging cable with a 5V adapter. A full charge takes about 2 hours, and the device won't run while charging.
When will my order arrive?
PLINIC Signature ships free within the US. Contact us before ordering if you need your order by a particular date.

I'm getting good use out of it, hehe.
I use it regularly after work and on days off.
I do it myself, but it kind of feels like getting a facial, and I like that.
It felt awkward the first time I used it, but I like it. I don't have to go to a massage shop. I can do it at home anytime, without much effort ^^
The design is pretty too. I'm going to fill it with the skincare I always use and keep using it forever ^^
No real downsides, but unless you're the diligent type who does décolleté or body gua-sha, you might find the roller ball too much bother to use often. Still, it's a weighty roller ball, so it feels premium, and I like it.
I bought it because I wanted to do my skin care and a gua-sha massage in one go.
I'd been really happy with the Plinic Single, so when I heard a new model was out, I bought it right away. The old version was good too, but the rolling device is a real revolution.
